Character Information
Full Name: Narcissa Druella Malfoy nee Black Journal to be used:cissamalfoy cissamalfoy Nicknames: Cissa, Cissy Age/Birthday: 45 & 10 February 1955 Loyalty: Her husband, her son, and the Dark Lord Marital Status: Married Bloodline: pure Sexuality: heterosexual Current Location: Malfoy Manor, Wiltshire, England House/Year Graduated: Slytherin, c/o 1972 Occupation: Socialite, wife, mother Wand: 10 1/2 inch, oak, unicorn tail hair Boggart: When she was in school, it was spiders. When she got married it turned into her husband being killed, but once she had her son, it was always her son being killed. Patronus: Narcissa's patronus, once she mastered making one, has always been a cat. She always figured it was because they were graceful and sure of themselves. Noteworthy: nothing, poor Narcissa
Appearance: Narcissa has the Black family looks. She has the beautiful, clear blue eyes, thick, long hair that is silky. She is the only blonde in the family, her sisters each have a shade of brown hair. She keeps it long, enjoying the feel and beauty of long hair on a woman. Unlike Bella's Narcissa's hair is very straight.
Her eyes are the clear, sparkeling blue of her mother's and Bellatrix's. She has the ability to show the worlds warmth of the coldest ice in them. She has no problem looking like the loving mother, or the snobbiest bitch on the block, just with her eyes. She doesn't belive in letting people in and she feels the eyes are the way in, always.
Narcissa's over all look is one of great beauty. She is the classic beauty in the family. She isn't cute, and she isn't scary in any form, she is just truly beautiful. Her mother made sure to raise her to be the perfect woman, the beautiful woman who took pride in her appearance. She is very pale and takes pride in that. She never wishes to be tan like the common witch.
Narcissa is very thin, but her thin body has the curves of a woman. She accents those curves wonderfully. She has learned how to dress to show her body without looking like a harlot. She knows the right colors, the right fabrics and the right types of clothing. Her mother raised her to wear the best and even now, after finding a husband and living with him, she makes sure to keep herself in the best clothing. She enjoys deep colors, blues, purples and even silvers. She prefers white gold or platinum, not yellow gold. She thinks it looks common.
Played By: I could go with either. Heidi Klum: Charlize Theron:
Personality: Narcissa is more laid back than her sister is. Where Bellatrix is brash, Narcissa is well thought. She keeps her mouth shut unless it is between someone in her family and herself. Her mother often thought she had too much to say. While in school she was the quiet sister. She sat back and watched while letting Bella go off on someone.
As she grew, she learned when to say what she was thinking and when not to. Her sister is always impressed when she speaks up, as is her husband. She knows not to speak up in most circles as the people tend to underestimate her and they tend to see her as more of an accessory than a person with a voice. She doesn't mind that, it helps her when she listens and then can discuss with her husband.
She often comes across as a cold, upity bitch and she has no problem with that. She holds her head high, her sholders and back straight. She knows she is someone special and she refuses to ever let someone else make her feel less about herself.
Narcissa knows her place in the wizarding world. She knows that she is one of the oldest families in the world and she knows she has one of the richests vaults in Gringots. Narcissa has no problem looking down at those who are less fortunate than her. However, she does have a heart and does try to be nice to those she feels deserve it. As a young adult it hurt her when Andromeda chose a mudblood over her own family. And from that pain, Narcissa has moved forward with not allowing anyone to hurt her again. The only ones who have the power to cause her pain are her sister, her husband and her son.
Narcissa has fears of tarnishing the Black family name, along with the Malfoy name. She fears ever letting her husband, son or sister down. She worries that the Dark Lord will eventually be the cost of her loved ones and as much as she supports him, she resents him for his need to use those she loves for his means.
Three negative personality traits: - judgemental - not loyal to anyone outside her family - purity driven (negative to some)
Family: [Include immediate family, their status (ie; brother, deceased) and a brief explanation of their relationship with that family member.]
History: Narcissa's birth was the last chance for a male child. When she was born, her mother was beyond pleased and her father, having gotten over the need after Bella became his personal shadow, enjoyed how beautiful the little girl was. She was born with a halo of blond hair and crystaline blue eyes.
Narcissa's mother raised her as the perfect pureblood princess. Narcissa was given the dresses that her sisters refused to wear, showen off at the parties Bellatrix made a fuss at not attending and Andromeda had no desire to attend. Narcissa did all she could to make her mother happy and would go to all the parties. She slowly grew to detest them, but as she wanted to please her mother, she would go and say nothing.
When she was accepted into Hogwarts and sorted into Slytherin, she wasn't surprised. Her entire family had been in the same house and she knew her sisters would look out for her. She spent most of her time with the guys that her sisters were around. She came into the house as the noted Princess of Slytherin as she was the youngest Black and Bella was already the Queen. She was protected by the guys and made fast friends with Rabastan Lestrange, who even with his attitude found away to protect her and be nice to her. She never did see the problem so many of the others in the house, let alone the school saw in him.
As time passed and she found herself to be the last left at Hogwarts, her baby cousins were coming into the school. Sirius was sorted into Gryffindor in her sixth year, which was a shock to the entire family. She spent her summers going to coming out balls for her mothers sake, and never once enjoyed them. Her graduation party was one she loathed, wishing to not be there the entire time. The only thing that made it bareable was the fact she had her friends from school, including Rabastan, her sister and her sister's new husband there. Lucius made an appearance as well and that was the beginning of their future.
Narcissa spent months writing the man, as her sister and mother taught her that she wasn't to appear needy. Lucius came to court her and within a year of their courtship he asked for her hand. Her mother was beyond thrilled and spent the moment after the I do's asking for a grandchild. By this point Andromeda was no longer a memeber of the family, Bellatrix had under no uncertian terms denied an heir and Narcissa was her last chance. Narcissa said she would have a child when it was going to happen, she and Lucius had time to worry about that.
As the rise of the Dark Lord took off, Narcissa supported her husband. She supproted his need to join the ranks of the Death Eaters and when she gave birth to a healthy baby boy, she knew her husband would be even more determined to kept the blood lines pure. She stood by her husband as he pushed forward and hoped to keep things on the right track. When the Dark Lord fell, she helped her husband regain his status as a govenor of the schools and she helped him to hide the fact he was a Death Eater. She often gave a place for where he was, even if he was really doing something for the Dark Lord.
As her son grew, Narcissa spoiled him, and helped to mold him into the small version of her husband. She hoped Draco would do the family proud and made sure he wanted for nothing.

First Person:
[Private] People are so bloody full of themselves. Do they even stop to think about the people around them when they run off at the mouth? I mean really, must they sit there and gloat over things that no one else ruddy cares about? Spineless prats, maybe Bella should go have a bit of fun with them; I’m sure she would enjoy it fully. I should suggest it. [/Private]
[Lucius] I have decided we need an evening to ourselves. Nothing like the evenings we have had, no sulking, no sitting around the fire while the house elves try to get us things, but a real evening. An evening like we used to have, with conversation among other more interesting and entertaining things. What do you say my love? I think it's well over due and I am tired of everything being so much like walking on glass. We need a night of our own. [/Lucius]
Sometimes, things are better left unsaid and sometimes, things are just perfect the way they are. And sometimes, the things that should never be brought up are the things that should be remembered. Sometimes I think that it is time to look at the past and see the flaws and move forward. There are things I wish had never happened and things I wish had happened in a different manner. I guess that is why we do not all have time turners.
Third Person: The house was large, and when she was younger, felt full. Bellatrix never really thought of how cold and dark this place could be, not while her husband had been there, not when her brother-in-law stopped by anytime. And not when her sister and the other Death Eaters came and went often. She would often get tired of how many people where in her home, and sometimes threatened Rodolphus with a nasty jinx if he did not send everyone home. But now, now Bellatrix longed for anyone to be there with her.
Pacing the large manor, Bellatrix had on her dark cloak, keeping it around her pale shoulders with her black hair down her back. She walked through the drafty rooms, dust settling on old pictures and pieces of furniture. She moved her hand to her neck as she looked around, most of the elves were staying away from her. They were scared of her and her moods, she was a lot less stable than she had been so many years ago. She was getting a bit better as the months wore on, but being alone, mostly, was not helping her.
Room to room, hallways, all of it bled together as Bellatrix found herself in her husband's study. She walked over to his desk and ran her finger tips along his papers and books. This had always been his space, his sanctum for lack of a better word. This was the one place she rarely came when he had been home, knowing it was his place and he often enjoyed his own solitude in here. Bellatrix looked around, the room reminded her of old times, times when she would come in and purposely tick him off, push his buttons until he stepped up and took control. She had always loved that, it was one of the things that kept her with him. Along with the respect she felt for the man.
"I need him home," she whispered to herself. She picked up one of the knives that was still on the desk and looked at the silver, "I need him home and I need him home now!" she knew no one was there to hear her, she closed her hand around the blade and watched as it cut into her skin. She could feel the bite and watched the blood seep down her hand and the handle. She heard the door open and a tiny voice, "Mistress needs anything? Marli can get it" she didn't look up and said, "no" when the house elf came closer it said, "Mistress needs a bandage." Bellatrix looked up and said, "I told you NO!" and with force threw the knife over the elves head and let it sink into the wall near the door. "GO AWAY!" she yelled, watching the elf pop out.
Bella sank into the chair behind the desk and just watched her hand. Blood, pain, it all went together for her, it made her feel alive, better. She watched the blood pool and felt her body relax a bit. It would be a long, long night.
